- All bookings require advance payment, which will help you avoid waiting on-site. Without payment, you may have to wait for an available slot.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, the appointment will neither be refundable nor transferable.
- No refunds will be issued.
