Terms & Conditions
To respect each family and avoid waiting times, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
* All bookings require advance payment, which will help you avoid waiting on-site. Without payment, you may have to wait for an available slot.
* If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
* If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, the appointment will neither be refundable nor transferable.
* No refunds will be issued.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm and reserve the Birthday party; the remaining 50% must be paid 3 days before the birthday party.
- 3 weeks before the date: 100% refund of deposit
- 2 weeks before the date: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days to the agreed date: no refund
- If you wish to reschedule, you need to let us know a minimum of 14 days before your birthday date through WhatsApp and in writing to info@mermaid-universe.com.
In order to validate this agreement, we would ask you to return a signed copy to mermaid universe at the same time as the first payment.
All the above has been read understood and agreed to by the client.
